Why this matters
Graduation is a milestone worth marking deliberately. Reviewing the distance traveled — from Module 1 to here — builds the confidence to carry forward.
Reality check: It’s normal to feel both ready and anxious about graduating. Independence is what this whole program has been building toward, and it’s okay for that to feel like a big step.
Activity
Graduation Portfolio Review — walk through completed worksheets, milestones, and checklists from all three phases; complete Appendix J together.
Scenario
A graduating resident is asked to speak briefly at a house meeting about their time in the program. What they share — concrete, specific, hard-won — becomes exactly the kind of peer-to-peer moment that reaches the newest resident in the room.
