Get Ready Before You Apply
Most apprenticeships ask for the same things. Start gathering them now:
- ☐ Birth certificate (proof you are 18 or older)
- ☐ Social Security card
- ☐ High school diploma, GED, or sealed transcripts
- ☐ Valid California driver’s license (required by many trades)
- ☐ Math and reading practice — many programs test algebra and reading comprehension
- ☐ An email address and phone number you check every day
- ☐ Reliable transportation to job sites
Renewed Ambition is not an apprenticeship program and does not guarantee acceptance, placement, or employment. Each apprenticeship sets its own requirements and makes its own selections. We help you prepare and connect.
